Breonna Keyatta “Bre” Foley, age 20, of Jefferson City, Missouri, was called home to become an Angel, on Sunday, January 15, 2023 at home from complications of a medical condition.
Bre was born January 28, 2002 in Fulton, Mo., the daughter of the late Damien Lavon Foley and Myra Beth (Hamlett) Clemons.
A resident of central Missouri her whole life, Bre attended Jefferson City Public Schools. She has been employed with Panera Bread for the last several years.
Music was a passion for Bre, particularly R&B, but she had a vast range of styles that she enjoyed listening to. Bre took up skating in middle school and could be found practicing her speed skating at Sk8 Zone. If you knew Bre, you could always find her on social media! She loved spending her days on Snapchat and Twitter. She was coming into her own and gaining such self-confidence which was evident in her pictures.
Bre loved being around family at gatherings and BBQs. Her mom’s fried chicken was requested often. After all, she was a true mama’s girl. Bre had a great sense of humor and always knew what buttons to push to get her family going. In addition to spending time with her family, she cherished hanging out and spending the night with her home girl, Tae.
She will be remembered for her caring heart and always wanting to help others in need. She gladly donated some of her clothing to individuals that were homeless or devasted by the tornado that hit our community. Her family and friends described her as a true angel with such an uplifting spirit and always there to bring light into the world.
Survivors include: her mother, Myra Clemons of Jefferson City, Mo.; three sisters, Elizabeth “Liz” Hickmon (Quintin) of Fulton, Mo., Shedina Clemons (Lola) of Jefferson City, Mo., and Devona “DeeDee” Foley of the state of California; three honorary sisters, Chantel Hill, Alana Jones and Ariel King; four honorary brothers, Jernail Hickmon, Frank Hickmon, Ian Jones and Issac Jones; aunts and uncles, Kay Bruce, Paula Allen, Anita Venegoni, Jean Cole, Lynn Goodwin, Silky Span, Kerri Brown, Cynthia Vanzant, Josh Livingston, Lisa Rollings (Mike), Neil McBeath and Eric McBeath; nieces and nephews, Kasha Foster, Adaries Borden, Alijah Edwards, and Ka’Naiya Hamlett; numerous cousins and a host of friends.
