Mr. Joe H. Ruffin, age 85 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., died Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Heisinger Bluffs surrounded by his family.

Private graveside services and interment will be conducted at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Jacksonville, Mo.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Heisinger Bluffs.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Freeman Mortuary.
