Obituary for Kathleen B. "Kas" Eisinger
Mrs. Kathleen B. Eisinger, age 90 of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away on May 18, 2023, at Heisinger Bluffs.
She was born on August 6, 1932, in Baltimore, Maryland to Allen Prescott and Alice (Murray) Reilly. On September 16, 1949, Kathleen was united in marriage to Donald C. Eisinger, Sr., in Ellicott, Maryland and to this union two sons were born.
Kathleen found fulfillment in tending to her family's needs as a dedicated homemaker. Her expertise lay in creating delectable pies from the ground up, encompassing a variety of fruits as well as her chicken pot pie. Additionally, she indulged in pastimes such as sewing and engaging in various crafts.
Survivors include her two sons and their wives, Don (Linda) Eisinger, Jr. of Jefferson City, Mo., and Alan (Teryl) Eisinger of Sterling Heights, Mich.; four grandchildren, Laura (Bill) Naught of Jefferson City, Jake (Alyssa) Eisinger of Elko, Nev., Alison (Josh) Byers of Elko, Nev.; six great grandchildren, Matthew, Zoe, and Livee Eisinger all of Elko, Nev., and Noah, Alexis, and Riley Byers all of Elko, Nev., Janna Caputo of Sterling Heights, Mich., and Anderson Naught of Jefferson City, Mo.; numerous extended family and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and siblings, Charles Reilly, Jane Smoot, and Anna Hadaway.
Kathleen will be laid to rest in Clinton, Iowa at a later date.
