Obituary for Kenneth Wayne Hull

Kenneth Wayne “Ken” Hull, age 54 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away Sunday, March 20, 2022 at SSM St. Mary’s Hospital.

He was born on April 19, 1967 in Rolla, Mo., the son of Robert Lewis and Mildred Nora West. He was married on January 4, 1988 in California, Mo. to Gail Michelle Likes who survives at the home.

A lifelong resident of the Central Missouri area, Ken was a bus driver for Student Transportation of America and worked as a security attendant for Fulton State Hospital and Algoa Prison.

Ken had a love for the outdoors, whether he was fishing, mowing grass, camping at Mark Twain State Park or riding country roads, he was at home in nature. He had a great sense of humor and his friends and family would describe him as a jokester. Ken will always be known for his big heart, outgoing nature and approachable demeanor. The old saying “he never met a stranger” was how Ken lived his life; he greeted all with a smile and was willing to do anything he could for others. Ken was cherished by all who knew him and will be greatly missed by his loving family.
