Obituary for Sharon Ann Robinson
Ms. Sharon Ann Robinson, age 76, of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away Sunday, March 5, 2023 in her home.
She was born in Jefferson City, Mo., on August 13, 1946 to Richard and Thelma May (Shikles) Schultz. She was united in marriage to the love of her life, Leslie Dove in 2008, who treated her like a princess.
A lifelong resident of the Central Missouri area, Sharon graduated from Jefferson City High School and continued her education in Warrenton.
She served in the family business as a secretary for Shikles Motor Company. She was a proud member of the Red Hat Club and enjoyed the get togethers.
Her favorite color was purple which was evident by purple throughout her house. She was an avid collector of frogs and loved to spend hours watching trains go by. Sharon loved to travel and her and Thelma would take to the roads. One of her memorable trips was to Silver Dollar City in Branson, Mo. Her requests included her favorite strawberry slushie with extra strawberries from Sonic, popcorn, and a good fish dinner. Loved by many, Sharon will be remembered for her no-nonsense personality and giving nature. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her daughter and caretaker, Thelma Robinson and two other daughters, Shannon and Samantha; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; numerous other loving relatives and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Les Dove and her parents.
The family has chosen the cremation and service will be at a later date.
