Condolence: Bill was a mentor, leader and friend in a long career at the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Privileged to have worked with him while he was in Boone County, and later while at Troop F, and finally at GHQ.

He was ALWAYS a leader, and a gentleman,... someone you could depend on to tell you what he expected.
